SILOTOUR

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of Silotour (silotour.com), a service operated by webfaCeMEdia, Toronto, Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. What Silotour does

Silotour turns photographs or written briefs into interactive three-dimensional tours that you can view, edit, publish, and export. Tours are reconstructions and visualizations — they are approximations, not measured surveys, and must not be relied on for construction, appraisal, legal descriptions, or any purpose requiring exact dimensions.

2. Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your content

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to breach security, no scraping or reselling access, no using it to create misleading property representations, and no illegal content of any kind.

5. Payment

Silotour is currently in early access. If and when paid plans launch, pricing and billing terms will be presented before you're charged, and continued use of paid features will be subject to those terms.

6. Service changes and availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee it — export your work regularly (we make that easy on purpose).

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of CAD $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on generated tours.

8. Termination

You can stop using Silotour and delete your projects at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections 3, 7, and 9 survive termination.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
